In that matter, in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return or exchange process as easy for you as possible. There are just some things we want you to keep in mind!

    • Returns or exchanges of full-priced merchandise are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Discounted or on Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
    • Returned or exchanged merchandise should include purchase receipt and it must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All tags attached.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, store credit or gift card.
    • The first return or exchange will be covered by ADARA WOMEN. If a second exchange or return is requested, the cost of the second shipping will be covered by the customer.
    • For hygiene reasons, we don't resale returned Intimate products. Therefore, we encourage you to accept a store credit or gift card so you can select another item.
    • All clearance / sales product orders are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

How to Return Merchandise by Mail

1. Before mailing the item you wish to return, please keep in mind that all returns must be approved by our support team. You can contact us at support@adarawomen.com

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy.

2. We will review the return reasons, and if approved, you will receive a free return label.

NOTE: Once the return label is received, we strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Your credit will be processed and it should be reflected on your next credit card statement.

How to Return Merchandise IN STORE

Full-price online purchases may be returned at our boutique for refund or exchange, following our return policy. Return the item to a sales associate along with your invoice. The sales associate will then initiate the process for you.

Cancellations

Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
